Commissioned to redesign a text-heavy draft by a third-party signwriter, I created a more effective and engaging interpretive panel for Tunnel Beach which will form the designsof the series going forward. The goal was to communicate the ecological significance of the rare coastal turf ecosystem, while guiding visitor behaviour to reduce environmental impact.
Through thoughtful layout, refined typographic hierarchy, and curated imagery, I transformed dense content into a clear, visually engaging experience. The final design balances education with conservation messaging, helping visitors connect with the site’s biodiversity and understand their role in protecting it.
