Second year project in which I decided to create a system that showed different cloud types in a typographic manner. I firstly decided on using nimbus, cumulus and stratus as the three main types, which I manipulated in different ways to show the characteristics of the physical form. I split the type into three sections - low, mid and high. I then manipulated these different sections in a system, in relation to what height the clouds actually fall on. My outcomes were three small books of type, which I decided to Japanese bind to reflect the hand-made and experimental element of the project.
